Privacy

Last updated 16 September 2026.

This site is a single page with one form on it. The short version: the only personal data it handles is what you type into that form, it is sent to one mailbox, it is never sold or passed to anyone for marketing, and you can have it deleted by asking.

Who to contact

Martin Fričfric@ccsolutions.sk

Write here about anything on this page, including a request to delete what is held about you.

What the contact form collects

Three things, all of them typed by you: your name, your work email address, and your message. Nothing else is requested and nothing is inferred.

The form is submitted to this site's own endpoint at /api/contact, which sends it as an email through Cloudflare Email Routing to a single mailbox. There is no third-party form service, no customer-relationship system, and no marketing tool in the path.

Why, and on what legal basis

To read your enquiry and reply to it. Under the GDPR that is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has deliberately contacted us (Article 6(1)(f)); if the exchange leads towards an agreement it becomes pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b)).

How long it is kept

Your message stays in the mailbox as ordinary correspondence. If nothing comes of the conversation it is deleted within 24 months. If you ask for it to be deleted sooner, it is deleted.

Who else can see it

That is the whole list. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies — this site sets no cookies at all. Web fonts are served from this domain rather than from a third party, so loading the page contacts nobody but this site.

Spam protection

The form carries a hidden field that humans never fill in and automated submitters usually do. Where Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled it also runs a challenge, which is a privacy-preserving alternative to a CAPTCHA and does not profile you across sites.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask for processing to be restricted, or object to it. Write to fric@ccsolutions.sk and it will be handled. If you believe your data has been mishandled you may complain to your national supervisory authority; in Slovakia that is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).

What this page is not about

This covers the website. The product itself is a separate matter and works the other way round by design: MNEMyra runs on your own machines under your own AI provider account, your repository is never uploaded to us, and we hold none of your source code. Nothing you audit with it passes through this site.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
